LIFETIME WARRANTY

At Fixez, we understand the importance of providing reliable and high-quality products to our customers. To ensure that our customers have peace of mind when making a purchase, we offer a comprehensive warranty policy that covers our various products. Our policy is straightforward and transparent, and it provides a clear outline of what to expect from our warranty.

Here is an overview of our warranty policy for different products:

Parts: We sell a wide range of parts, and each part comes with a lifetime warranty. This gives our clients peace of mind that they can rest assured that if there are any issues that occur with the part in the future, they can return the part to us for a credit back based on the current selling price or the purchase price, whichever is lower, or exchange. The only condition that may make the part not eligible for warranty is physical or internal damage.

Batteries: All our batteries come with a one-year warranty. This warranty covers any defects that may occur with the battery within a year of purchase, as long as there is no physical damage to the battery. If any issues arise, customers can return the battery to us within the one-year period for a credit back based on the current selling price or the purchase price, whichever is lower, or exchange.

Tools: We also sell a variety of tools, and each tool comes with a 30-day warranty period. This covers any manufacturing defects with the tools, and customers can return the product to us within 30 days of purchase for a credit back based on the current selling price or the purchase price, whichever is lower, or exchange.

HASSLE-FREE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

At Fixez, we understand that returning a product can be an inconvenience, and we strive to make the process as seamless and hassle-free as possible for our customers. We accept returns for both wholesale and retail accounts, but we do charge a 15% restocking fee for retail customers. This fee covers the additional costs associated with processing and restocking returned items. However, we do not charge restocking fees for our wholesale customers. We believe in maintaining transparency and fairness in all our business practices, which is why we clearly communicate our restocking fee policies to our customers. We hope our customers understand that the restocking fee for retail customers is necessary for the efficient and sustainable operation of our business. We appreciate the support and loyalty of all our customers, and we remain committed to providing exceptional service and high-quality products.

If you would like to exchange a product instead of receiving a credit back, please contact us promptly upon receipt of the email indicating that your return has been processed. We will be happy to assist you with the exchange process. Please note that we do not charge any reshipping fee for exchanged products, and we will ship the new product to you free of charge via FedEx Ground or USPS First Class shipping, depending on the item.

REFUNDS

If the return is made within 14 days of the original receipt date, we offer a refund to the original form of payment for the purchase price of the part(s). However, if the item is returned outside of the 14-day window, we offer exchanges or store credit at the current price or original price of the item(s) whichever is lower. Please note that any RMA requiring a refund and exceeding the 14-day return window will be subject to an additional 20% restocking fee. 

We kindly remind our customers that all shipping charges are non-refundable. Also, in the event that a package is sent back to Fixez via the Return to Sender method, an additional shipping cost ranging from $4.99-$9.99, depending on the final cost incurred, will be charged.

At Fixez, we are committed to ensuring that our customers receive high-quality products and exceptional service. If a part arrives damaged, it is essential to inform us on the same day of delivery and provide photographs of the damaged product, the product's packaging, and the package it was shipped in, to file a claim. Failure to provide the necessary information may cause delays in processing a return/exchange or refusal to provide a return/exchange.

ACCEPTING LIGHT SCRATCHES

At Fixez, we take pride in our warranty policy that ensures customer satisfaction even when returning a part with signs of wear and tear, such as scratches or smudges, as long as it is not damaged. We provide this additional service to guarantee that our clients can return parts within the warranty period for a credit back without any restocking fees or penalties (wholesale accounts, while retail accounts are subject to a 15% restocking fee), even if they are no longer needed. We want our clients to feel confident when ordering parts to keep in their inventory, knowing that they are covered by our warranty policy.

RETURN PROCESS

To ensure a smooth and efficient return process, please follow these instructions:

  1. If you have an account with us, log in to your account and go to "My Account".
  2. Click on "Product Return".
  3. Select "Submit New RMA".
  4. Fill out all the necessary fields, including the product ID/name, quantity, and reason for the return.
  5. If you have an LCDBuyback request, please add it to the RMA form.
  6. Select the address you will be sending the product from.
  7. This will allow us to track your return package without any paper trail.

  3. Print out the form and include it in the package.
  4. This will ensure that we can process the return accordingly and know who it belongs to.
